To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Dafne Italian Philosophy S.r.l. within the specified time limits by sending an email to: info@glielementi.it

If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, they must return the products at their own expense to Dafne Italian Philosophy S.r.l. within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal, to the following address:

The goods must be returned intact, complete with all components and in their original packaging (bags and boxes), subject to the following conditions:

• The right of withdrawal applies only to the purchased product in its entirety; withdrawal is not possible for only part of the purchased product.
• To be eligible for withdrawal, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete with all components, including packaging and any accompanying documentation and accessories, such as labels, seals, etc.
• Return shipping costs and any applicable customs charges shall be borne exclusively by the Customer.
• The shipment remains entirely the Customer’s responsibility until receipt at the above address has been confirmed.
• If the goods are damaged during transport, Dafne Italian Philosophy S.r.l. will inform the Customer so that they can promptly file a claim with their chosen carrier and obtain the corresponding compensation. The product will then be made available to the Customer, and the withdrawal request will be cancelled.
• Dafne Italian Philosophy S.r.l. shall not be liable for damage, theft or loss occurring during, or otherwise arising from, the return shipment.

Dafne Italian Philosophy S.r.l. will refund the Customer the full amount paid, less shipping costs incurred and any customs charges paid for importation, within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal. The refund will be issued by reversing the charge using the same payment method used by the Customer for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any event, the Customer will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

If the purchase was made using a discount code, the discount amount will not be refunded. The refund will cover only the amount actually paid. Dafne Italian Philosophy S.r.l. may withhold the refund until it has received the returned product or until the Customer provides evidence that the product has been properly dispatched, whichever occurs first.

In any event, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal if Dafne Italian Philosophy S.r.l. determines that:

• The returned product and/or its accessories and/or its packaging are not intact.
• The product is missing its outer packaging and/or its original inner packaging.
• The product is missing any integral components and/or accessories.

If the right of withdrawal is lost, Dafne Italian Philosophy S.r.l. will return the purchased product to the sender, charging them for shipping costs and, if a refund has already been issued, the price of the product.
